A WeaselWare Phone

The WeaselWare Phone is one of the major mechanics in POPGOES and POPGOES Evergreen. It gives the player an access to the camera surveillance and the location's power control. The phone works on the WeaselWare operating system.

Usage

During the day

During the work time of the pizzeria, children can take their individual WeaselWare phone, allowing them to connect to the computer in the Internet Cafe, to the 3D Printers and Arcade machines. The kids are being watched by the animatronics, and if they start gnawing on a phone, it will be taken away.

During the night

A security application activates on the WeaselWare phones during the night, allowing Strings to check the camera surveillance, activate the heating grid systems and turn off the power of the rooms with 3D Printers.

Blake the Badger, Sara the Squirrel and Saffron the Squirrel will try to stop the player from using the phone. Blake will try to turn the Wi-Fi connection off, and the squirrels will try to steal it from you when crawling through the ventilation. When Strings cannot use his phone, he starts panicking, and in the later nights, it's impossible to stop it from rising, even when looking at the window.

In POPGOES and The Machinist, the Phone makes a brief appearance along with the Station and Arcade Room. The only thing your able to do is use the Room Shutdown Button before the game ends.

In POPGOES Evergreen, the Phone's UI was remade along with adding 50 unlockable cases. The Panic Bar will also change colours and/or look different depending on what Phone you have equipped.
