Penelope “Manora” Quinn the Mouse, better known as just Manora, is an NPC exclusive to POPGOES Arcade, where she manages the INNs and upgrades your abilities for Emerald Coins.
Appearance[]
Manora is a tan mouse with light brown hair wearing an orange skirt. As a shopkeeper, she's wearing an orange nametag on the left side of her chest.
Her cartoon design provides more insight into her full design. Her mouse tail have the same color as her hair and her eye color is orange. She wears a large bow on her neck along with a backpack, all colored orange like her skirt.
Story[]
Manora is an arcade-exclusive character in The Popgoes Pizzeria. She works at the Inns across the game's setting and acts as a save point along with aiding Popgoes with upgrades to his overall stats and abilities for Emerald Coins.
She gains a much more prominent role in the expansion POPGOES and The Machinist by being the victim of a kidnapping by The Machinist as part of a plan to replace all of Popgoes' friends with robotic replicas. A robot version of her was also even created by the Machinist, but only as a working prototype. She was eventually saved by Popgoes, which sparked romantic feelings towards him.

Trivia[]
- Kane Carter describes Manora's personality as a fangirl that resembles Amy Rose from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.[1] She is not a performer, but the characters on stage do mention her by name.[2]
- Popgoes rescuing her from The Machinist’s clutches in POPGOES and The Machinist's story might explain her fangirl personality.
