| “ | Heartless Saffron, the fourth Heartless character, is yet another result of Simon's anger over his restricted and powerless upbringing. Heartless Saffron was the very first Heartless Designed and modelled by the development team. Originally, though, she and some of the other Heartless designs were much simpler and intact. All of the Heartless Animatronics have no visible eyes. Their eyes are either torn out entirely, or their eyeballs have been stripped of their iris decal. This decision derives from the idea removing all life from the characters' eyes would make them look and feel truly "dead" to the player.

Appearance[]
Heartless Saffron is an extremely damaged variant of Saffron The Squirrel. Her left arm below the elbow, the uppermost segment of her tail, her right index finger, and her left leg halfway through the thigh were torn off, revealing parts of her endoskeleton and wires. Her lower jaw, the left side of her snout, and her right eye are missing with 3 slash marks running up her right eye-socket along with her eyebrows being missing and her left eye entirely blank white. Part of her right lower-leg and left thigh's endoskeleton frame are exposed along with her right foot, part of her tail, her right middle finger, and her left ear. Her torso piece has a large, gaping hole in the front showcasing a lack of her heart module, with only a few wires left dangling inside. The plastic all over the rest of her body is extremely crumpled and has slash marks.
